Celebrating the Festival of Lights

Mythologically  when Lord Rama returned to Ayodhya alongwith his wife Sita and younger brother Lakshman after defeating the demon king Ravana, the citizens of Ayodhya lit up the entire city to celebrate his victory and return.

Ever since then every year, Diwali is celebrated to mark that day. It is celebration of the victory of the good over the bad. It marks new beginnings. Most Indian businesses consider it as the start of a new business year and pray to Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi to bless them

“11” is an auspicious number as per the Indian Culture. It represents intuition, patience, honesty, sensitivity and spirituality.

To celebrate this auspicious occasion, we decide to launch a new product every day from Nov. 1st to Nov. 11th.  With our vision of offering curated Indian Handcrafted Products that are created by blending the traditional art forms with contemporary styles, we will offer our patrons a variety of product choices

Zarood is an amalgamation of skill and love for handcrafted traditions. India has a rich tradition of handicrafts and at zarood, it is our sincere effort and attempt to provide a platform for products that are created by these master crafters from India

As a part of our social cause initiative, we continue to work with our NGO Partners Muskaan to provide our support for Art and Artisans by contributing 2% of every order that is placed on

We look forward to your support to make our efforts successful and meaningful for those who matter the most.
